DeleteI too couldn't find NYX orange concealer at my local ulta store. You can however, find it online at amazon. In the meantime, I picked up a NYX DARK CIRCLE CONCEALER in Orange Pigment at ulta and it has worked WONDERS!
The green pigment isn't for dark under eye circles, the green pigment is to cover red skin blemishes. Hope this helps! :)
